Registration Costs (includes Sunday/Monday lodging and meals during the conference and ’10-’11 OSROA membership Dues)
Single Occupancy $490 or Double Occupancy $410 or
No lodging registration $220 (includes all meals, no overnight stay)
Spouse/Guest $91 and Children (12 & under) $44 (includes lodging, all meals and prepaid by June 26, 2010)

Please note: For planning purposes, registrations must be received by May 24, 2010. A late fee of $25 will be assessed if received after this date.
Cancellations must be received no later than June 9, 2010. OSROA is committed to Maumee Lodge for all rooms on this date and no refunds will be issued.

Very important: If you have not received a confirmation letter by June 7, 2010, please contact Eileen Kramer at eileen.kramer@osroa.org before making the trip to Maumee Lodge.
